I am having issues installing my email accounts for two domains. I have followed the installation instructions and still, they are not working. I have contacted the helpdesk multiple times, I received neither an answer, nor was a case opened, basically I'm just left hanging out to dry with this issue. I have been purchasing my domains via Whois for more or less 10 years now, the support has always been good, but now it has degraded to a level where I need to say is simply not acceptable.

User's recommendation: Go somewhere else.

I'M ON A MAC. IT SAVES ALL PASSWORDS AND NONE OF THE ONES INCLUDING THE LAST ONE WILL GET ME IN. I'M CHANGING WEB HOSTS AND I NEED TO KNOW WHAT EMAIL INFORMATION TO GIVE THEM. YOU ARE VERY CLOSE TO IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH. I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE A REPLY EMAIL THAT IS FROM A HUMAN NOT A BOT. THIS IS IMPOSSIBLE. IT IS ALWAYS A MASSIVE PROBLEM TO REACH A HUMAN. WHY DO YOU MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE AT THIS POINT. PLEASE HELP ME GET MY EMAIL MOVED. BONNIE@***.COM IS THE ONE I NEED TO MOVE. IT IS NOT ACTIVE AT THIS MOMENT. BUT I WANT TO OPEN A NEW SITE AND NEED TO GIVE THE HOST THE NECESSARY INFO. BY THE WAY, WHY IS IT SOOOO DIFFICULT TO REACH YOU?

This is the most frustrating, crazy thing Ive ever experienced with a technology company. Ive tried everything I can think of to log into my account. Ive clicked on the forgot password link, and gotten the message that password reset instructions have been sent to your email address. No, they havent. Ive submitted this 8 times now, and I havent received a single email from them. Not in my inbox, not in my Junk folder - not anywhere. So, I clicked on Support. You know what it requires? It requires me to LOG IN to talk to someone in their support department. If I could LOG IN, I WOULDNT NEED SUPPORT.
